Rub-A-Dub-Dub Lots of Doggies in the Tub

Dog owners who brought their canines to CDHS's Rub-A-Dub Doggie Wash went home with some sweet-smellin' pups.  CDHS volunteers worked hard at washing, scrubbing, toweling, drying and primping all our spa clients.  We weren't sure that the dogs all enjoyed their time in the tub, but by the time they reached the drying room, they all seemed much happier.

Thanks so much to all our customers, Groomingdales in Mandan for donating the space, equipment and water for the event, and to all our volunteers for rolling up their sleeves.  Most volunteers walked away with soggy fingertips and clothes covered in hair, soap and water, but because of their help, the shelter walked away with some much-needed cash to help the CDHS pets.
