My Name is Dawson

"I'm a bashful boy with a gorgeous silver-grey coat, like a rain cloud with a silver lining.  Lost and alone, I came to the shelter in a precarious predicament when I sustained a serious leg injury.  Tough times.  Thank goodness for CDHS!  I still don't have a forever home though.  Anyone looking for a soft, precious miracle?  I like attention and am most content when reclining across someone's lap, enjoying the physical bond, and purring peacefully.  I like the company of other cats as well and would not be much trouble if you take a chance with me.  This little dewdrop is looking forward to a quiet home and someone to share a lifetime of love."

About Dawson

Dawson is a neutered male with a short grey coat and an approximate birth date of April 2007.  He came to live at the Central Dakota Humane Society because he was lost in Mandan, ND with an injured front, left leg... an injury that ultimately led to the leg's amputation.  Despite the loss of a limb, Dawson gets around beautifully with a natural feline grace and doesn't let the mere fact that he has three legs stop him from doing anything he did when he had four.
